Inequity 1:15

Developed economies must salvage the situation of 
the third world countries and ease the plague of
vaccine inequity. Nobody is safe until everybody is
safe. We need each other.

There is a place

With a little bit of shade

And there are times

It could use a sprinkle of shine

As every ray of hope

Is straight up monetized

A plague is taking a toll

Death is on the rise

No helping hand

Reaching out to hold

From a faraway land

There's nowhere to go

There is a place

And it's full of shame

Yet could have known the taste

And freshness of grace

It rots in amazing disgrace

There is no other place

On this terrestrial plane

That is more safe

Because of this forgotten space

Neglect not disease

Ravages that place

Extinction of the species

Tips the scale

Some have disease

They did not breed

Some hog vaccines

They do not need

And would not give

We call this inequity

In Heaven's eyes it's iniquity

If we need each other

We must stand together

Heal one another

Be our brother's keeper

Get our acts together

Level out the vaccine equity

Show human empathy

Embrace compassion

Save the world.
