When You touch me
It's the miraculous made manifest
I'm like a man dreaming dreams
Mercies I behold I've never felt
You take me,
Lord, I'm whisked to a place
Where impossible is erased,
And then You touch me
And my world falls all around me
And the scales fall off my eyes
Then suddenly, in fellowship sweet
I'm waiting on the Father of Lights.
When You touch me
I taste again and I see
It is a good thing
To have a closer walk with thee,
I'm embraced by Your glory
And I simply worship
You take away my pain
You give me strength to face
A brand new day
You bind my broken bones
I am never alone,
And You refresh my soul.
When You touch me
It means much more to me,
I'm embraced by Your Person
There is no greater blessing
Than knowing that Man of Galilee
Cares for even me.
