Ocean waves

Trash and crash

As if under severe strain

From a cosmic whiplash

The Earth

Is grounded

Upon the waters

Firmly founded

Upon noisome floods

Man is born

To battle storms

To dare to dare

Not in spite of care

But to be creative

To make adversity submissive

Man is born to trouble

Train himself to grow humble

And therewith noble

Man set down here

To remake Earth
